Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign 2026: Mass Tiranga Rally Held in Namsai

August 10: As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign 2026, a mass Tiranga Bike Rally was organised from Namsai 2nd Mile to Chongkham Trijunction and back to the Multipurpose Cultural Hall, Namsai, today. The rally was flagged off by Deputy Commissioner, Namsai, Shri Lobsang Tsering, from Namsai 2nd Mile in the presence of ZPM Piyong, ZPM Chongkham, ZPMs of Upper and Lower Lekang, Heads of Offices and other dignitaries.
The mass Tiranga Rally witnessed enthusiastic participation of more than 500 participants, who proudly carried the National Flag and proceeded from Namsai 2nd Mile towards the Multipurpose Cultural Hall. Personnel of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), Police, NCC cadets, college students and school students also participated in the rally, reflecting a strong spirit of patriotism and national unity.
An impressive formal programme was held at the Multipurpose Cultural Hall, Namsai, following the rally. The programme witnessed a stirring presentation of “Vande Mataram” by students of Arunachal University of Studies (AUS), Namsai, which further added to the patriotic fervour of the occasion.
District Art & Culture Officer, Shri Milingta Namchoom, delivered the welcome address and highlighted the significance of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. He called upon citizens to actively participate in the initiative to strengthen the spirit of patriotism, national unity and pride in the National Flag.
Addressing the gathering, DC Namsai, Shri Lobsang Tsering, said that the Tiranga symbolises the spirit of nationhood, brotherhood and unity. He called upon citizens, particularly the younger generation, to uphold these values and contribute towards the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047.
