Coordination meeting under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Dy Chief Minister was convened at DC’s Conference Hall, Namsai to discuss the modalities for Arunachal Pradesh Namkaran Golden Jubilee celebration

A coordination meeting of all the HMLAs and DCs of 5 districts (Lohit, Anjaw, Dibang Valley, Lower Dibang Valley and Namsai) of Lohit basin was convened at DC’s Conference Hall under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Dy Chief Minister Chowna Mein on 7/12/2021 to discuss the modalities for Arunachal Pradesh Namkaran Golden Jubilee celebration.

The brainstorming session resulted in a fruitful discussion and a detailed program plan was chalked out.
Tezu being the HQ of erstwhile Lohit district will be the the venue for celebration at basin level wherein traditional Sports and Cultural items of all the tribes of the basin will be showcased. This will further be represented at the state level in Ziro and Itanagar.
